As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we regularly push firmware updates that improve the performance and compatibility of your device. On September 27th, we initiated a firmware update to our T9 and T10 thermostat products.
Earlier today, we became aware of reports of a limited number of devices that had entered a factory default condition (presented by a welcome screen on the device) at which point we immediately paused all further updates.
We're contacting you to let you know that we believe your device was one of those impacted and want to make sure that we can get your device back to its original configuration. If you are unable or uncomfortable in moving your device through the set-up process, we have established a priority service, toll-free line at 1-888-292-1944 and have expanded our hours of operation to support you through this.
