W1KS Resideo W1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector

Spot a small drip before it becomes a big problem. Leaks and frozen pipes can cause serious damage to a home if not detected quickly. The LyricTM Water Leak and Freeze Detector provides an audible alert as well as a notification via the app. The sensors on the base of the unit detect water and freezing temperatures. The detector also comes with a 1,2 m fully sensing cable which can be laid along the floor or wrapped around pipes enabling the user to expand the detection coverage area.Place the bottom of your detector flat on the floor or on a surface. For wall mounting, use the included screw and hang the detector on the bottom cover's mounting keyhole. Additional cable sensors (sold separately) can be connected to extend the cable and increase water sensing area.
