Rob Aarnes

Rob Aarnes is Resideo’s president of Global Distribution (ADI). In this role, Aarnes drives sustained growth and customer focus for the world’s largest multi-billion-dollar distributor of low voltage security products.

He joins the Resideo team from Honeywell, where he spent six years serving most recently as president of ADI North America, and before that, as vice president of operations for ADI North America.

Aarnes began his career in the U.S. Navy as a supply officer, where he gained experience in global retail operations and supply chain logistics. He then transitioned to the corporate world, where he held a variety of leadership positions for companies including Circuit City, Kool Smiles, Barbeques Galore, and Gunnar Optiks.

Aarnes earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at the U.S. Naval Academy and his MBA from San Diego State University.
