Stronger Together: Resideo CONNECT 2024 Customer Event
Resideo's award-winning professionals demonstrate excellence in life safety, indoor air quality, community impact and sales
Providing a best-in-class customer event for 35 years requires big innovations and even bigger impact for those attending. This year, Resideo hosted 500+ of its security, HVAC and plumbing partners at its annual CONNECT Customer Event with the theme: "Stronger Together." The theme speaks to the partnership Resideo has with its professional customers, the power of networking, and the wealth of knowledge attendees gain from keynote speakers and breakout sessions.

The commitment these award winners have to their customers and communities reinforces the notion that when we support one another – when we share our strength and collaborate – we truly are stronger together."
To further demonstrate that partnership, the company debuted two new professional solutions at the event designed for the professional: the Honeywell Home FocusPRO thermostat series and First Alert VISTA H series.
Resideo Honors Customers
The event also honors the impact professionals make in their communities. In 2024, Resideo's professional HVAC and Security professionals made a difference in their communities, and two very special awards were presented:
Resideo sales leaders Quentin Gunther and Mike Maher presented the 2024 Medal of Honor Award to Mike Gibson from Mulhaupts for his impact on the security and automation industry in Indiana.
The 2024 Making a Difference Award was presented to Max Schachter, who was recognized for founding Safe Schools for Alex, a nonprofit that’s changing the conversation around school safety by empowering communities with data and tools to make schools safer for all children.

At CONNECT, Resideo hosted a Mission 500 Silent Auction, and it raised $16,750 from attendees' generous bids.
