AlarmNet 360® Features


Easily Pause Security Monitoring with the AlarmNet® 360 & Total Connect® 2.0 Account On Test feature.

With the Account On Test Feature enabled through AlarmNet 360:

  • Installers can use AlarmNet 360 to pause monitoring at a location, for as little as an hour, up to 48 hours,  to accommodate installations, system upgrades, or maintenance without triggering alarms.
  • Resideo Total Connect 2.0 (TC2) users can also place their account on test for up to one hour. This is useful for tasks such as sensor battery replacements or other system maintenance without alerting emergency services.
  • How to Initiate an Account on Test session:
    • AlarmNet 360 (App or Website): Available in Device Status, Reporting Test and Account Summary pages
    • Total Connect 2.0 App: Accessible via the Home Screen.

Note: On Test sessions may be ended at any time via the AlarmNet 360 website or the Total Connect 2.0 App.

By Placing an Account in On Test Mode, you are agreeing that Emergency Services may not be dispatched for the account during the specified time period.

Effortless Emergency Contact Management with Total Connect® 2.0


Allow customers to easily update and manage their Emergency Contact Lists with up to 10 contacts, including names, phone numbers, and priorities. Updates are instantly synced with the central station for real-time accuracy.

Back-office staff and installers can quickly access customer accounts using the Security Professional Access (SPA) feature via email, the AlarmNet360 website, or mobile app, making client management fast and efficient.

Enable Real-Time Dispatch Updates for Your Customers


AlarmNet 360 now offers Total Connect® 2.0 users the ability to view Dispatch Events

Offer a valuable feature to your Total Connect 2.0 (TC2) App users: real-time updates on Dispatch Activities at their Central Station, including when a contact is called, an alarm is cleared, or emergency services (Police, Fire Department, EMS) are dispatched. This feature ensures that your clients stay informed, enhancing their overall experience with their security solution.

Activate the Resideo Dispatch Events Service in AlarmNet360 and let your customers view real-time Central Station Dispatch Operator Events during an alarm event via the TC2 app. Get updates for 30 minutes or until the all-clear code is sent. Requires a TC2 Package Subscription.

When enabled, TC2 customers can view real-time Central Station Dispatch Operator Events during an alarm event. Notifications include contact calls, alarm clearances or cancellations, and dispatches of Police, Fire Dept, or EMS.
