WHAT IS PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?
The Pro-IQ Essentials service allows your Brand to be front and center while your customer views their connected devices in their Resideo App.

WHAT IS THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?
Billing is based on location independent of how many devices are claimed at that location.
For example: If a technician serves a 'Home' and a 'Cabin' location for the customer they will billed for two locations. If a technician serves multiple devices at a location, to enable zoning for example, this would be billed as one location.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE BRANCH LOCATION?
Each branch location needs to sign up as an independent company and therefore can have their own logo and contact information, if desired.

WILL MY HOMEOWNERS HAVE THE OPTION TO TURN OFF OR DECLINE THE SERVICE?
The homeowner will have the ability to toggle on and off the view of your logo, but your contact information will remain in the "My Pro" section of their app.

Pro-IQ Essentials works with T-Series Thermostats: T5, T6, T9, T10 and T10+.

HOW DOES PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS WORK WITH CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Pro Companies can maintain multiple locations for a single customer account, adding devices to each location as needed. Pros are billed only once for each location with devices added.

WHEN I SUBSCRIBE, HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT?
Pro-IQ Essentials is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription is set to auto-renew at the end of each month; however you can cancel at any time.

HOW DO I EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRO-IQ ESSENTIALS?
To monitor the effectiveness of the service, the phone #, email address, and website you choose to display in the Resideo Smart Home app should be unique so that you can monitor their effectiveness.

DOES PRO-IQ WORK FOR MY TRADE AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS?
Yes, this service works with both Retail (T5/T9) and Trade (T6, T10, T10+) devices.

CAN A PRO ASSOCIATE TO ALREADY-REGISTERED DEVICES ON THEIR SERVICE VISITS?
Yes. In addition to associating devices on new equipment installs, Pros can also associate to already registered devices during service visits. In order to do this, the Pro will need to know the email address used by the homeowner to create their account.

CAN I CHANGE THEIR LOGO AND CONTACT INFORMATION AT ANY TIME?
Yes - your Company Admin may change and publish a new Logo, Phone# or Website within the Pro Portal

WHAT HAPPENS IF A HOMEOWNER MOVES AND IS NO LONGER MY CUSTOMER?
If a homeowner moves or is no longer your customer, please contact Resideo support at email proiqsupport@resideo.com to have the service removed from their location so that you will no longer be billed.

IS THERE A WAY TO SET UP CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE PRO APP?
In addition to getting a new customer set-up in the Pro App, Admins can set them up in the Pro Portal. Once the customer has been set-up in the Pro Portal they will show up as an existing customer in the Pro App.
